Once kittens reach 8 weeks, we begin evaluating their personalities and readiness. At this stage:

​

• 💌 Families who’ve confirmed interest may be invited to meet the kitten — either in person or via video call

​

• 💵 A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen kitten.

​

• 💼 Reservation Agreement Required

​

• To officially mark a kitten as “Reserved,” we require:

  • ✅ A signed Reservation Agreement

  • 💳 A $500 deposit applied toward the final price

  • Until both are received, the kitten remains available to other qualified families.

​

• 🛑 Important Note

  • The breeder reserves the right to refuse a sale at any point if it is determined that the placement is not in the kitten’s best interest — no explanation required.

PAYMENT

Before your kitten heads off to their new home, full payment must be complete 🐾💕

• 💰 We accept bank transfers or cash, Zelle, and others- Just ask!

​

• 📦 Any delivery fees also need to be paid before your kitten leaves our care. 

• 🧾 Need a payment plan? We can chat! Installments may be possible on a case-by-case basis

• ✅ All payments must be fully settled before your kitten can go home with you

📝 Kitten Adoption Agreement

Every adoption comes with a formal Kitten Sales & Purchase Agreement — it’s there to protect both the breeder and the new kitty family 💚

It covers:

• 🐾 Health guarantees

• 💡 Care expectations

• 💵 Refund conditions (just in case!)

🚼 Kittens Go Home After 12 Weeks

• No early pickups — ever!

• By the time they’re 12–16 weeks old, our babies are:

  • 💉 Fully vaccinated

  • 🚽 Litter trained

  • 😽 Sweet, social, and ready for their next chapter!

🧪 Want Extra Testing?

• If you'd like additional health testing for your kitten, just let us know!

• ✔️ We’re happy to arrange it (extra fee applies).

Your fur baby comes with a full Adoption Starter Kit — including:

• 📋 Vet Records & Vaccination Certificates

• ✂️ Spay/Neuter Certificate (Depending on Agreement)

• 🩺 Vet Wellness Check (within 3 days of going home)

• 📜 TICA Registration (Pedigree Proof)

• 💅 Grooming & Care Tips

• 🍽️ A bag of their current food

-IF  a kitten is returned due to allergies:

• 🚫 Refunds are not provided

• 🛬 The kitten must come back to us safely and will be quarantined before being rehomed.
